Shipping policy

 

Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional shipping time.

International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at polkfarm24@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Address Changes Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to update your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at polkfarm24@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has shipped.
