With our merchandise being made to order, we cannot accept returns and cannot process refunds for your order due to sizing issues. Please make sure to read the sizing recommendations on the listing before purchase. 

Dog Treats Policies & Disclaimer

1. General Disclaimer

Our dog treats are homemade, all-natural, and intended as treats only. They are not a substitute for veterinary care or a complete diet. Please consult your veterinarian if your pet has allergies, health conditions, or special dietary needs.

2. Use at Your Own Risk

By purchasing or feeding our treats, you agree that you are solely responsible for your pet’s health and safety. Polk Farms is not liable for any adverse reactions, illness, injury, or damage resulting from the use or consumption of our products.

3. Ingredients & Allergies

Our treats are made from the ingredients listed on the packaging.

While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee treats are free from all allergens.

If your dog has a known allergy, please review ingredients carefully before feeding.

4. Storage & Shelf Life

Treats should be stored in a cool, dry place and consumed by the “best by” date on the package.

Treats that have expired or been stored improperly may not be safe to feed and are not covered by replacement.

5. Refunds / Replacements

We only replace treats that arrive damaged or defective.

To request a replacement, please provide photo documentation within 48 hours of delivery.

All other sales are final.

6. No Guarantees

We cannot guarantee that your dog will like the treats, or that they will have any specific effect on your dog’s health.
